OBJECTIVES OF TARGET GROUPS
STUDENTS
1) Students with different backgrounds learn vocational and life-learning skills and study individually customized part of VET degree by
-
- establishing 8 sustainable startup companies in internationally mixed group
- learning flexibly in 3 international learning environments – company, school, eKampus
- running the startup company as a internationally mixed group and selling products in 4 countries and online webstore
2) Students’ sustainable startup company will be coached and supported by unique company advisor and unique international teacher
3) Support also students with special needs to study VET degree in learning-by-doing way in international learning environments
4) Students who are not participating to mobilities will be able to actively participate in project in their home countries
COMPANIES
5) Real sustainability oriented companies coach students’ sustainable startups and learn coaching skills
6) Companies get students to learn in their companies, and inspire and help entrepreneurs
TEACHERS
7) Learn new internationality, sustainability and entrepreneurship oriented Creative Minds

8) Learn new mindset to work as supporting coach and new know-how and skills how to customize students’ learning paths and how to coach international students in 3 learning environments (school, company, eKampus) (using service design tools)
9) Many teachers who are not participating to mobilities will be able to participate in project in their home countries

10) Schools will get a lot of new know-how and skills to arrange customized learning for students in 3 learning environments.
11) New service designed way to custom studies (way of learning/suitable learning environment) will be constructed and makes it possible for schools offer better learning paths for students.

WORKING FOR SEVERAL TANGIBLE RESULTS
1. CREATIVE MINDS LEARNING MODEL FOR ALL KIND OF STUDENTS TO LEARN INDIVIDUALLY CUSTOMIZED PART OF VET DEGREE BY BEING INTERNATIONAL SUSTAINABLY ORIENTED ENTREPRENEUR
The model includes:
A) Description how to customize learning paths of students (suitable for all students incl. students with special needs) by using service design tools.

- Learning paths of students will be individually customized in cooperation with local teacher and students’ startup’s coach during first workshop and updated during project.
B) Description of learning environments and process to operate there (and materials):

- eLEARNING PLATFORM eKAMPUS (incl. learning material, tasks, communication (incl. video
meetings), guidance, peer support, feedback). Students work in eKampus between workshops. - WORKSHOP1 Business plan WORKSHOP2 Working on the product, WORKSHOP3 Selling,
evaluation - HOST SCHOOL During workshops students work on their startup and participate in host school lessons which support the startup.
- COMPANY During workshops students do job shadowing in their coach’s company and work there. Between workshops some students have opportunity to do work placement in cooperating company.
- TOOL OF LEARNING is to establish and run an international sustainable startup by team of 4 students (FI, DE, ES, NL) who have different roles in their startup. They have a unique teacher coach from one partner school and company coach.

- Students (incl. students with special needs) in team of 4 students (FI, DE, ES, NL) will establish and run an international sustainable startup as way of learning of their individually customized part of VET degree. Products of the startups will be sold during workshops and in webstore

- Learning material will be produced to eKampus to learn sustainable entrepreneurship (e.g. material to learn Finnish VET Planning Entrepreneurship 15 cp)
1.3. SCHOOLS GET NEW DIGITAL VET SPESIFIED PEDAGOGICAL TOOLS FOR THEIR USE

- All the tools used in eKampus will be available for partners during the project and are open to all after the project.
- During the project webstore will be developed for selling students’ startups’ products. Webstore platform is open for partner schools’ common entrepreneurship projects after the project.
2. CREATIVE MINDS COACH ACADEMY PEDAGOGICAL MODEL FOR TEACHERS TO LEARN
HOW TO CUSTOMIZE STUDENTS’ LEARNING PATH AND HOW TO WORK AS A COACH IN 3
INTERNATIONAL LEARNING ENVIRONMENTS (school, company, eKampus)
The model includes:
A) Description of how to customize learning paths (suitable for teachers with different backgrounds) by using service design tools.

- Learning paths of coaches will be customized by Creative Minds coach and teacher in Kick off
meeting (Step 1).

- Model includes 9 steps: 1) Introduction & test, 2) Learn to customize learning path, 3) Operate in eKampus, 4) Coaching international students, 5) Sharing experiences and challenges, 6) Reflection and new goals as coach, 7) Current topics, 8) Sharing experiences and challenges, 9) Reflection and new goals as coach.
- eLEARNING PLATFORM eKAMPUS (incl. learning material, tasks, communication (incl. video
meetings), guidance, peer support, feedback). Teachers work in eKampus between workshops

FLEXIBLY DIFFERENT LEARNING ENVIRONMENTS

- Teachers will learn and get tools how to customize students’ learning paths. After the project all the tools will be open to all.
- Teachers will learn how to use eKampus, company and school as learning environment in VET and improve their international and English language skills.
